Rules and regulations

1. Guests of the "Okej domki" are required to show photo ID prior to check-in. In case of refusal, the keys to the cottage will not be issued and the deposit will not be returned.
2. The cottage is rented on a daily basis, a day lasts from 15:00 on the day of arrival until 11:00 the next day.
3. Extending the stay in the cottage beyond 11:00 is treated as an extension of your stay.
4. The resort reserves the right to request payment in advance. In the event of refusal, the staff have the right to refuse to issue a room key.
5. Guests are asked to inform the staff beforehand of the estimated arrival time, in order to do a proper check-in and collect the keys for the cottage.
6. Resort guests may not transfer their reservations to others, even if the period for which they have paid has not yet expired.
7. Unregistered persons may stay in the house from 8.00 - 22.00. If an unregistered person stays in the house after 22:00, the booking holder by default agrees to pay a fee of 50 PLN per extra guest, however, the total number of people per house may not exceed 6.
8. The resort is not liable for any loss and/or damage of money or valuables, including items of scientific or artistic value.
9. The resort has a no noise policy from 23:00 to 7:00.
10. During ‘no noise hours’, guests and persons using the facilities of the resort are obliged to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of other guests in any way.
11. Resort guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction caused to the facility's equipment and technical devices, arising from their own fault or that of visitors or guests.
12. In the event of a breach of the provisions of these regulations, the resort may refuse to continue providing services to the person who violated them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the demands of the employees of the resort, to settle payments for previous services and to pay for any damages and/or destruction that may have occurred and to leave the resort.
13. Due to fire safety, only heaters, irons or other electrical devices that are available in the house may be used, no external devices may be used. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for media and computer devices.
14. Guests should always keep the houses locked when out.
15. Any personal belongings left in the cottage by outgoing guests will be sent back, at the guest’s expense, to the indicated address. If no address is given, the resort will store the items for 3 months, after which they will be given to charity or discarded.
16. The resort will not refund your stay if you shorten your stay.
17. Reservations are only confirmed once a deposit of 20% of the full price is paid into the resort’s account. Reservations are confirmed on the date the deposit is credited to the account, not the date it was sent. By making a payment, it means that you accept the rules and regulations of "Okej domki"
18. The use of barbeque equipment is only allowed in the designated area of ​​the resort, in compliance with special care and fire protection regulations.
19. The houses are strictly non-smoking. Smokers are requested to go out onto the terrace and use ashtrays for cleanliness.
20. The owner of the resort does not bear any legal or material liability for damage and/or theft of cars left at the resort.
